Governor Bobby Jindal on Leadership

WORDS ABOUT LEADERSHIP  FROM LOUISIANA  GOVERNOR BOBBY JINDAL IN "ON LEADERSHIP - ESSENTIAL PRINCIPLES FOR SUCCESS"

Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal wrote the Foreword to the book, On Leadership - Essential Principles for Success, written by Donald J. Palmisano and published by Skyhorse Publishing.

Jindal gave his views on leadership in the Foreword and said this about a crisis, "It is at times like these when a leader must step up, risk the consequence, and push forward without excuses."

In an interview later in the book he said,  "A leader has to be brave enough to stick to his principles while being decisive, able to build a coalition based on consensus, possess the vision to guide his people and see beyond short-term obstacles, and be willing to sacrifice his own interests to serve others."
